No doubt it has been one of the toughest few days of my life. As we struggled back to the room with me pushing Deb in the wheelchair which was loaded with a ton of our support stuff, we were surprised by a team of food angels who knew how to lighten our load. The food angels had prepared our supper of beans, cornbread, onions, carrots, and potatoes. It was just what we needed. We were able to get a nap and enjoy the wonderful supper. Thanks Food Angels! I just did not know what I was going to feed Deb. The angels solved that question!

I'm so grateful you have a loving community in Little Rock that was able to bless you tonight. You are loved by so many people, but even more loved by the Father who never forgets to provide for us. Praying tomorrow is much easier on you both.

ReplyDeletePraying and so thankful that you see HIS hand in the midst of the suffering...the nurturing kindness of someone preparing a meal, a life -giving conversation, feeling the warmth of the sunshine.
He says He will never leave us - so when it is dark, we REALLY have to start "looking" for where he is. I think you have seen His footprints.
