When Gracie taxied in to the hangar, we had a contingent of friends to help us unpack and greet us. Thanks to all who helped. Can't imagine being in a lone-ranger mindset, but many folks are that private. I always thought I was until Myeloma happened!
Amanda drove us home. We stopped at Partners Pizza for our lunch. It sure is good to be here!
I've unpacked and sorted umpteen loads of laundry. Picked up a load of mail.Went to the pharmacy. Talked to our chemo supplier. Talked to the Clinic Scheduler and agreed to be back in Ark a day early because we have to start treatments a day earlier to get everything in correct sequence and availability. Hate to loose a day at home but that's what we must do.
I would have never dreamed that we are so cared for by everyone! Thanks for helping us along the way!
The Doctors assignment was for Deb to REST in preparation for the next phase of treatment. So, short calls/visits please.
We came back with tests which we must get done and send back to the Myeloma Clinic. So, even though we are at home, they are monitoring us. If something does not look right, they will call us back. Pray that does not happen.
Blessings all!
