We started out with labs at 8 am. Ten am we were at the cancer clinic. Deb was feeling puny so she used her walker to slowly get around. Once in the chemo chair, it took multiple nurses multiple attempts to measure her blood pressure. Multiple cuffs, multiple machines, multiple nurses. Each arm. No measurable blood pressure. Nevertheless, she was standing there still ticking and kicking!
So, fluids were needed and all of us knew it. Hours later she had had an IV and we left for home with a chemo pump with another one. Gotta have that BP! ( and I don't mean gasoline!)
We had a full shuttle van to the clinic this morning. Here are some of our classmates. We support one another as much as we can.
Hope you have a great weekend. There are no differences here in the cancer fight. Every day is important and we'll be in the clinic early in the morning.
Blessings to all!
